At CAPE’s WTE, you will spend four weeks concentrating on the following five key components of the program:

1. English as a Foreign Language: Lectures on Theory and Practice
2. Hands-On Training Sessions
3. Professional Teacher Skill Development
4. School Visit: U.S. Classroom Observation
5. Cross-cultural Experience and Exploration: Life in Honolulu, Hawaii

Most sessions will be conducted as interactive presentations. Readings will be assigned as appropriate. You are encouraged to contribute illustrative case studies dealing with problems and challenges in teaching English as a Foreign Language in your schools.
